These terms outline the general conditions under which DJ Plastics accepts and fulfills manufacturing orders for injection molds and custom plastic parts. This is a general summary — order-specific terms (pricing, tooling ownership, payment schedule) are confirmed in writing for each quote.
Quotes are provided based on the specifications, drawings and volumes submitted with an RFQ. Pricing is valid for the period stated in the quote and is subject to change if part specifications, materials or volumes change after quoting.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, mold tooling produced for a customer's exclusive part design remains the property of DJ Plastics until full payment for the tooling has been received, after which ownership terms are confirmed per order.
All production runs are inspected and individually certified under our internal quality management system. Dimensional inspection reports and material traceability documentation are provided with each certified batch on request.
Lead times quoted are estimates based on standard scheduling and material availability at the time of quoting. Rush production is available on request and may affect pricing.
For export orders to Sri Lanka, Malaysia or other markets, DJ Plastics handles export documentation. Shipping terms, duties and logistics are agreed per order.
